The new normal: health & safety at our properties

We want you–our tenants and prospective tenants–to know that we have increased our health and safety standards and procedures as part of our commitment to you as a resident in one of our buildings. Some advantages of our buildings:

  • These are boutique properties. All buildings have less than 40 suites. This means less people to come in contact with.

  • Our managers live at the building or close by. We understand the needs of our tenants and can respond quickly.

  • We have doubled down on health and safety. While our buildings have always been clean and well maintained, since COVID-19 we have increased our standards even more.

  • All suites have washer/dryers. You do not have to be concerned about coming into contact with people in a shared laundry room.

Hazel Place, a completely renovated, upscale rental building, sits one block from the trendy shops and restaurants of Main St.

372 East 8th Ave.

Rebuilt in 2016, The Norton boasts upscale suites and an ideal location just off Main St across from Dude Chilling Park.  

2480 Trafalgar

An upscale, well-maintained and quiet rental building, Sophie Manor is located in the heart of Kitsilano along W. Broadway.
